This is a social league meaning we play to have fun. The social aspect of being a good sport, going to the sponsor bar after playing, and getting to know people take precedence over everything else. If you are looking to try something new, prepare to have the time of your life!
Walleyball is just like volleyball, you just play in a room with walls and you can play the ball of the walls! Watch this video!
FAQs about the league
- at least 1 match a week per team. 1 match = 1 set. 3 games will be played for each set regarless of the outcome of the first 2 games.
- Games will be played to 21 points (rally scoring) with a cap of 23 points meaning the first team to 23 points wins (done for time).
- Minimum team size is 4 people
- At least 1 girl per team will be on the court at a time
- No more than 2 males can be on the court at a time
- 6 weeks of play included
- Teams must have at least two players (minimum one female) on the court at all times.
- Before the league starts we will hold a league kickoff party where captains will get a rule overview, and have a beer with our staff. We will send an email to captains regarding the date and time of the kickoff party.
- Remember captains, you can reserve your team's spot (and register yourself) in a league even if you are in the process of finalizing your team. All of our payments are done on an individual basis but captains can pay for the team if they want.
- Don't have a full team? We will fill your empty team spots up with free agents and other partial teams.
